Welcome to „Aesculapius”
With the forms below you can become a member of „Aesculapius”. After you have filled in all the areas, you will be redirected to iDeal. Here you can pay the membership fee of the association. When you have paid the membership fee you will receive an SEPA-authorization form. This authorization form is required, to be able to take part in all the activities that are organized by „Aesculapius”.
Only after paying the membership fee and filling in the SEPA-authorization form you will officially become a member of „Aesculapius”. You will also automatically have an account for signing in to the „Aesculapius” website.
