We are this year's freshman weekend committee or EJW committee for short. This year the freshman weekend is organized by Luna. Kaya, Ryan, Melonie, Maaike and myself Koen. The six of us are taking care of this legendary weekend this year, helped by all the mentors who are going to guide you. We have been busy since April choosing a theme, logo, games and so on. I have already built a super good relationship with all my committee mates and am having a super good time with them.
During the freshman weekend, all first year BFW students can get to know the association and each other better and form friendships for the rest of their college years. This year the theme of the freshmen weekend is 'Out of the Ordinary'. we are already looking forward to your creative outfits at the theme parties 'Freaky Friday' and 'Ordinair'. the weekend takes place from september 22 to 24 and traditionally in Lierop, Brabant.
I hope this has given you a better idea of the freshmen weekend and the committee. Of course, I hope to see as many of you as possible at this indispensable weekend.
